Here is what National Roof Coaters can do for you...
1. Upon request, a National sales
consultant will visit your facility and perform a complete survey of the metal
roof.
2. After completing the roof survey, National's representative
will sit down with the building owner to determine the owner's objectives and
to explain the general condition of the roof.
3. Next, a detailed proposal will be prepared, stating exactly
what National proposes to do to the roof. This proposal will be mailed to the
customer in about two weeks.
4. Once the building owner and National agree on the work to
be done, a start date will be assigned. National will supply the owner with
copies of its insurance coverage before work begins.
5. National will deliver the materials to the job site and ask for a payment of 40% of the total contract price.
6. On the assigned start date, National's crew will arrive.
They will have one Ford LN 7000 factory truck that has been custom built to
National's specifications. This truck contains all of the mechanical
equipment necessary to perform the work. They will also have a Ford
1-ton crew van, towing a 185 CFM air compressor. The crew will need a
garden hose outlet and 2 - 110 volt electric connections.

a. The roof is cleaned and wire brushed.
b. Defective fasteners will be replaced.
c. Defective seams, flashings, and laps are sealed with
Ultracote Sealing Tape.
d. Areas that have rusted through are repaired with metal
or Ultracote Sealing Tape.
e. Skylights are cleaned and recoated with Skycote or replaced.
f. All rusted areas are primed with a rust inhibitor.
g. Special cleaning and other work as described in the contract
will be completed.
h. Finally, an 18-20 mil thick layer of Ultracote will be
applied to all roof areas.
8. If the roof has skylights, a factory representative will
visit the building approximately two (2) weeks after the final application of
Ultracote to remove the covers placed over the skylights to protect them from
the paint.
9. The building owner will be billed for the 60% balance of
the contract price once the job has been completed.
10. Upon payment in full, National will provide a warranty and
maintenance agreement that covers all labor and materials. National backs its

and full time factory maintenance employees.
