ULTRACOTE - WHITE is manufactured from select synthetic polymer and finely dispersed premium pigments. It cures to a monolithic elastic membrane with exceptional tensile strength. Ultracote-White features a white surface that is popular because of its high reflectivity and its ability to stop leaks in metal roofs. Colors are also available.

ULTRACOTE - WHITE Ultracote-White reflects up to 90% of the sun's rays, providing lower under roof temperatures and lower energy costs. Ultracote-White's formulation makes it the optimum reflector of ultraviolet rays.

ULTRACOTE - WHITE has excellent adhesion to metal and will not damage the substrate or roof structure. Ultracote-White also adheres to foam, asphalt, and concrete when properly used with Ultracote-White primers.

ULTRACOTE - WHITE will stretch up to 200% and recover 99% to counteract temperature change. When properly applied, Ultracote-White's water tight seal is unaffected by seasonal movement of your building.

ULTRACOTE - WHITE does not chalk or lose mil thickness and has at least one half the moisture impermeability as compared to acrylic coatings.

ULTRACOTE - WHITE provides a uniform, seamless, non-penetrable covering to a metal roof. All existing seams, fasteners, flashings, and penetrations become leak-free.

ULTRACOTE - WHITE withstands the extreme rain, frost, ice, and snow. Ultracote-White is also resistant to many chemicals as well as ponding water.

ULTRACOTE - WHITE inhibits corrosion on metal surfaces.
